More tactically speaking, as a Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end relationship including retention and growth strategies for key enterprise accounts. Through exceptional account management disciplines, you will ensure your customers are highly engaged and understand how Vesta continuously delivers significant value to them within the context of their broader business strategy. You will ensure effective launch and product/solution adoption as well as build strategic account plans that drive ongoing account expansion and growth. You will also partner with our Customer Success team to deliver on day-to-day customer commitments and provide prioritization direction to that team. Core
Responsibilities:
Develop trusted relationships with executive team. Spend significant time at customer sites (physically and virtually) building and maintaining the customer relationship. Prepare and deliver regular business reviews based on an in-depth understanding of the business and pain points. Communicate technical and commercial information, leading efforts to resolve customer issues. Grow the business by leading this key customer's strategic activities, including the development of detailed account growth strategies and plans that meet revenue, penetration, share and adoption goals. Lead efforts to build market share with this partner and grow opportunities with them. Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding, handoffs, and renewals. Partner effectively across the organization with Customer Success, Approval Operations, Product and marketing to execute on account growth plans. Lead multi-disciplinary cross divisional teams toward the achievement of technical and commercial objectives. Regularly assess the processes and players and be the go-to resource and pro-active thinker with regards to how to navigate changes in the ecosystem, organization, etc. Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required and Master's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent professional experience required 8-10 years of experience in payments/merchant acquirer and fraud solutions. 3-5 years of industry
Experience:
ecommerce, payments, prepaid, gift card, and/or fintech industry. 8 -10 years of experience managing enterprise or regional accounts with proven track record of delivering revenue growth through relationship management Fluent in English and Spanish
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
