Senior Manager Implementation Project Management at Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics in Remote
As we continue to grow, we are hiring a Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management. The Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management is accountable for and has the authority over the entire Implementation process associated with Ortho Clinical Diagnostics capital equipment. The key objectives of the role are to improve the customer experience and impact business results as measured through Net Promoter Score, Customer Surveys, and Test of Record results. This role will lead the Implementation Project Management team, to deliver a world class, consistent implementation process, including robust project timelines and successful coordination of internal resources to meet customer objectives. This role is responsible for identifying and developing best practices for solution implementation and ensuring consistent execution, meeting, and exceeding process standards. This is a remote position reporting to the Director, North America Automation & Implementation. The Responsibilities Product Implementation:
Develop strategy for delivering a standardized, world class process for managing implementation projects. Plan of action includes targeted approach for driving customer satisfaction and improving Test of Record business objectives. Workflow Management:
Develop a strategy for improving customer retention rates by uncovering, standardizing, and deploying best practices that improve execution of project plans, customer consultation, objection handling, and effectively leveraging systems and tools. Achieve greater efficiency by automating system interfaces, project management tools and overall communication delivery. Brand Management:
Develop and execute a branding campaign targeted People Management:
Lead, manage, and develop key competencies for Implementation team. Actively coach direct reports to meet annual objectives. Change Adoption:
Foster and implement change practices for the Implementation and Commercial partners to ensure adoption and demonstration of new standards and best practices. Cross-Team Collaboration:
Collaborate across the Commercial organization to align and deliver business and customer objectives. Key Accountabilities Design and lead effective execution of solution implementation Drive world class customer experience & business objectives Drive best practice adoption within the Implementation team and across the Sales and Technical teams Coach and develop Project Managers The Individual Candidates should be aware that the Company currently requires customer-facing workers to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and credentialed. years experience in healthcare, clinical laboratory, transfusion medicine, or equivalent experience Minimum Education:
BS/BA Degree in Business, Life Science, or related field (or equivalent experience), Degree MT/CLS/PHD (preferred). Project Management experience with PMP certification required. Six Sigma certification preferred. Leadership:
