Job Description Salary Range Mexico City 2,000,000 - 3,200,000 MXN per year Your Job We're looking for a Director of Sales to drive sales expansion for the company in Mexico. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills and a desire to help more organizations find and hire great people. You may have had a previous role as a Head of Sales, New Business Development Director or Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
You will hire, manage and develop a team of National Account Managers who partner with our large Enterprise clients. You will direct the sales process, including prospect targeting, qualifying, and positioning of Indeed products and services You will support your team with new business generation and up-selling of existing advertisers You will be responsible for the short and long-term vision and strategy for your business. Including, but not limited to, how Indeed's growing product suite should be supported by your business, and making recommendations internally that could help support accelerated growth. You will be a critical member of the LATAM sales leadership team Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast Adhere to sales business rules, practices, and policies to sales territories Be metrics focused day to day to grow and manage the business and revenue Who You Are Requirements 10
years of enterprise sales experience 5

Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
